Inchelium Red garlic is a softneck heirloom variety of garlic that is perfect for braiding. A winner of national taste tests in the softneck division, Inchelium Red is medium to mild flavored and delicious roasted. A long-storing garlic discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation in Washington state, it is now featured on Slow Food’s Ark of Taste.
We offer garlic with or without the stem for braiding, in medium and large sizes, and by the each or by the pound. Large sized garlic is 2″ or larger.
